This Privacy Policy explains how Spearis Marketing collects, uses, and shares information through the public Spearis Marketing website.

Spearis Marketing is based in Miami, Florida. This policy applies only to this public website and direct communications about Spearis services. Information handled while providing services to a client may be covered by a separate agreement or notice.

When you submit an intro-call request, Spearis Marketing collects the information you provide, including your name, business name, business email address, selected service interest, and any message you choose to include. Please do not include sensitive personal information or customer records.

If you contact us directly by email, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, business information, and the contents of your message. Please do not send sensitive personal information or customer records through an initial inquiry.

Technical information

The website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare. When you visit the website, Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure it. This may include your IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, traffic-routing information, and security-related data.

Spearis Marketing does not currently use separate advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use technologies that are necessary to deliver, protect, and operate its services.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to:

• Arrange an intro call.
• Maintain appropriate business records.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in unrelated marketing or customer review campaigns.

Formspree receives, processes, and temporarily stores intro-call request submissions and delivers submission notifications to Spearis Marketing’s business email. Cloudflare hosts, delivers, and protects the website.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, respond to valid legal requests, protect the website and its visitors, address fraud or security concerns, or protect the rights and safety of Spearis Marketing and others.

If the business is reorganized, sold, or transferred, relevant information may be included in that transaction subject to appropriate protections.

Spearis Marketing does not sell or rent website visitor information. We do not currently use website visitor information for targeted advertising.

5. Retention

Formspree currently retains submissions in its dashboard for up to 30 days. Spearis Marketing may retain inquiry emails for up to 12 months when the inquiry does not become a client relationship. Information may be retained longer when reasonably needed for an active or former client relationship, legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, or appropriate business records.

Cloudflare handles technical information according to its own services, agreements, and retention practices.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures intended to protect information within our control. No website, email service, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may ask questions about information you have provided directly to Spearis Marketing or request that we correct or delete it. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, recordkeeping, or other legitimate business purposes.
