Spearis Marketing is based in Miami, Florida. References to “Spearis,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Spearis Marketing.

A free intro call is an opportunity to discuss a business, its current tools, and a possible place to begin.

Any paid project or ongoing service requires a separate agreement describing the work, price, timing, responsibilities, data access, and other applicable terms. If a separate service agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

4. Results and third-party platforms

Spearis Marketing does not guarantee a particular number of reviews, search position, revenue increase, customer increase, time savings, or other business result. Outcomes depend on the client’s business, participation, tools, customers, market, and third-party platforms outside Spearis Marketing’s control.

Google and other third-party providers control their own platforms, rules, availability, verification processes, and results. References to those providers identify the services involved and do not imply a partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.

5. Appropriate website use

You may use the website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• Introduce malicious software or harmful material.

These Terms and disputes relating specifically to use of the website are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating specifically to the website will be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these Terms as the website or services change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revised Terms are published.

Continued use of the website after revised Terms are published means the revised Terms apply to subsequent website use.

12. General terms

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
